At Reunion, we want you to love every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All original tags must be attached and garments must be in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and packaging are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.
